  5. Discipline
    1. The general discipline of most students is good. However, there are cases of those who do not adhere to school rules and regulations.
    2. The worst form of indiscipline this term was the burning of the school generator by a group of students; 14 (fourteen) culprits were arrested with the help of fellow students and handed over to police for appropriate action.
    3. Please, encourage your sons to adhere to school rules and regulations to avoid the possibility of being suspended or discontinued from school.
  6. The Burning of the Generator: its impact and the way forward
    1. The impact is so devastating to the smooth running of the school and therefore requires immediate attention in order to achieve our aspirations.
    2. The teaching of practicals and, in particular, Computer lessons are brought to a halt when electricity power goes off. There is even greater fear if the power goes off during the National Examinations, UCE and UACE.
    3. The study hours are reduced as students are unable to have night preps and this will affect their performance.
    4. Administrative work/office work is affected in absence of alternative source of power source.
    5. Insecurity is heightened and many other activities are affected.
    6. The way forward: The PTA Executive and Board of Governors recommended that each student contributes Ugx35,000 (Thirty Five Thousand Shillings Only) for immediate procurement of a 20KVA Generator. This will be part of the fees for Term III, 2016.
    7. The fees structure for Term III, 2016 will include shs.35,000 for the generator as shown below:
